We provide information technology services including project management, training, and network administration. These services are provided to medium and small businesses as well as nonprofit organizations and churches. They are provided as prices you can afford.

Project Management

From selecting appropriate systems to assessing proposals. We provide technology information and research of today's and tomorrow's solutions within your business' or organization's budget and goals. We know that every project has its own unique challenges and guidelines. After discussing your project goals, we can propose how to allocate the budget, time and resources needed for us and you to produce optimum results. We help you make educated decisions when purchasing and implement today's technology and ever changing systems and software. We also provide follow through to completion of your project.

Training

Having the latest technology makes no difference if you and your employees do not know how to use it effectively. Many times additional training with the systems and software you already have in place means not having to spend money on newer systems and software. We train your staff to effectively use and support the technology used in your business. Training can be either on-site or at an off-site training location. All training is within your budget and cost effective.

Network Administration & Implementation

Proactive maintenance and help support desks are ideally designed for small and medium businesses and nonprofit organizations whose budgets may not allow full time technology support staffs. If you already have a full time or part time network staff, we will back up your network administrator with specific training and experience supplementing their own. If you do not have a computer support staff, we provide support and administrative services.

Using remote access, your business gets a fast response and actually lower costs for your network support. Remote and on-site management services include network diagnostics and performance tuning, software upgrades and distribution, server management, and backup functions.

Our experienced staff can install the wiring and communications infrastructures for your office and give life to your network. Installation and configuration of file servers, backup systems, network hubs, routers, and workstations, and hardware and software, specially selected with your needs rather than something designed to fits other general needs.

We provide you with e-mail, groupware, communications servers, and fax servers. Our technicians and consultants are experience in supporting multiple platforms including DOS, Windows, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Novel, and UNIX.
